A process

Carbotrade nitrogen PSA generator consist of two towers containing CMS ( Carbon Molecular Sieves). Air is compressed dried and purified before entering the towers. While one tower is producing nitrogen the other one is regenerating CMS by depressurization.

• Carbotrade has adopted a process using a double column system, built in materials resistant to corrosion even under marine environmement.
• The towers are packed with high value CMS. The gas flow in the core of the adsorbent is distributed in such a way as to provide maximum efficiency.

• Protected by a good string of drying and oiling , the lif of the product can reach and exceed 10 years.
