For Oil & Gas applications we can supply either PSA or membrane nitrogen generator systems.

Depending on your specifications, we will meet the following demands :

• ATEX : Zone 1 / Zone 2
• Piping : 3.1.B / B1.20.1 / Stainless Steel 316
• Instrumentation: 316 stainless steel piping
• Temperature : 0 ° C to 50 ° C (other optional)
• Environment : Tropical, Off shore, Indoors, Outdoors
• Outlet pressure: 7 bar standard, and up to 330 bar optional
• Purity: 95% to 99.999%
• Dewpoint : -40 °C standard -70 °C optional
• Skid mounting on frame option, with eyebolts or mounting container
• Control box with standard controller, touch screen option
• Pressure vessels calculated according to ASME VIII or CODAP 97-23-EC
• Standard polyurethane paint, marine paint option following specifications

File supplied as standard :
PID Implementation drawing, List of Equipment, Instruction manual, Data sheet of each component, leading Manufacturer of pressure vessels, leading Electrical, Factory test report

On request :
Calculation ASME pressure vessels, welder qualification, radiography tanks or other on request
